Die vergangenen Monate haben durch die Corona Krise viele Institutionen gezwungen, ihre Prozesse zu überprüfen. Home-Office wurde für viele zum Regelfall und manches klassische Meeting oder Event wurde mit entsprechender Software online abgehalten. Die Microsoft 365 Tools sind dadurch in aller Munde, sind sie doch schnell verfügbar und in der erweiterten Nutzung fast kostenneutral. Manche Unternehmen sind aber noch immer unsicher, welchen Nutzen sie aus den O365 Anwendungen ziehen können. Dabei können Webinare oder auch Großevents mit einem automatisierten Anmeldeprozess sehr einfach geplant werden. Mit Hilfe von Microsoft Teams, Power Automate und Forms sind alle Voraussetzungen für ein Teams-Liveereignis gegeben, zu dem sich bis zu 10.000 interne oder externe Teilnehmer anmelden können.
