As part of the IMProve Programme, oneclick AG had innovation management of its development company OC Development GmbH analysed. IMProve is a Europe-wide established tool for the analysis of innovation management and was developed in cooperation between A.T. Kearney, the Fraunhofer Society and other experts on behalf of the European Commission. The IMProve Programme is aimed at companies, who would like to improve their innovation capability in a target way.
During an assessment, IMProve analyses all important aspects of the innovation management and provides a realistic picture. The tool enables a benchmark comparison with currently more than 2,400 companies that were analysed Europe-wide. The overall result showed that OC Development GmbH was above the average of the growth champions from the comparison group. The growth champions represent the Top 10, who have achieved the highest and most sustainable turnover growth, operational profit and staff numbers over the past four years. At OC Development GmbH, the areas innovation strategy, innovation organisation and culture performed particularly positive.
