The cooperation between the technology start-up and the market leading consulting specialist for IT infrastructures is a result of increasing acceptance of virtualised environments. On-premises servers are either replaced or at least complemented with infrastructure resources from the cloud. This offers a great opportunity, in particular for SMEs, to simplify their outdated or organically grown, complex IT infrastructure and to reduce operational costs. In addition, hybrid infrastructure concepts score due to better availability, scalability and flexibility.
