Both Hype Cycles address the increasing importance of convergent charging and integrated policy and charging solutions due to the subscribers’ growing demand for bandwidth. The report also states that “the use of integrated policy and charging solutions can enhance subscriber loyalty through personalization and create new opportunities to monetize resource consumption”.
