OSC SI präsentiert mit Versand.One für SAP Business One eine Lösung zur Anbindung von Frachtführern

Versand.One ist ein von OSC SI entwickeltes Add-on zur Anbindung von SAP Business One an die Versandsoftware Lösungen der Frachtführer.

Dabei handelt es sich um eine bi-direktionale Schnittstelle, mit der nicht nur die Lieferdaten aus SAP Business One übergeben werden sondern auch Daten (Trackingnummer, Versandkosten, etc.) an SAP Business One zurückgegeben werden können.

Das Add-on ist einfach zu installieren und zu konfigurieren. Eine Vorbelegung mit Standardwerten für Versand- / Service- und Rechnungsart ist gegeben. Die Anbindung an UPS ist per Datenbank möglich, so dass kein CSV-Export notwendig ist.

Das Mapping der SAP-Felder zu den Feldern des Frachtführers ist ebenso gewährleistet wie die Integration der Tracking-URL zum einfachen Aufrufen der Sendungsdaten beim Frachtführer. In Versand.One können sämtliche Einstellungen über eine komfortable Administrationsoberfläche vorgenommen werden.

Zurzeit unterstützt Versand.One die Frachtführer UPS (Worldship) und DHL (EasyLog). Zusätzlich sind bis zu drei frei definierbare Frachtführer für den CSV-Export möglich. Die Unterstützung weiterer definierter Frachtführer ist für die kommenden Monate geplant.
