Eine regelmäßige Kalibrierung dient der Qualitätssicherung bezüglich der Einsatzfähigkeit der Messmittel und der Sicherstellung einer umfänglichen Kalibrierhistorie. Somit werden sichere und fehlerfreie Messergebnisse garantiert.

Das Kalibrierlabor der PCB Piezotronics Europe GmbH ist durch die Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle GmbH (DAkkS) zugelassen und bietet in Übereinstimmung mit DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 für die Messgröße Beschleunigung im Frequenzbereich von 5 Hz … 15 kHz die Kalibrierung von Beschleunigungs- und Schwingwegsensoren sowie für die dynamische Kraftstoßanregung im Bereich von 0,1 … 10 ms die Kalibrierung von Impuls- und Modalhämmern an.

Am Standort Hückelhoven werden kalibriert:
  • Beschleunigungssensoren
    • Piezoelektrische Beschleunigungssensoren (ICP®/Ladung)
    • Piezoelektrische Seismiksensoren (ICP®/Ladung)
    • Piezoresistive Beschleunigungssensoren
    • DC-Beschleunigungssensoren (MEMS)
  • Piezoelektrische Impulshämmer (ICP®/Ladung)
  • Kondensatormikrofone (ICP®/200V)
  • Portable Schwingungskalibratoren
  • Handschwingerreger
Weitere Kalibrierungen von Sensoren können bei PCB Piezotronics in den USA durchgeführt werden. Diese Kalibrierungen entsprechen A2LA und sind gleichwertig zur DAkkS-Kalibrierung.
