Huber Kältemaschinenbau stellt neues E-grade "Explore" für Unistate auf der ACHEMA 2015 vor

Auf der ACHEMA 2015 präsentierte Huber Kältemaschinenbau - neben vielen weiteren Neuheiten - das neue E-grade "Explore" für Unistate. Das neue elektronische Upgrade macht aus einem Unistat-Temperiergerät ein Entwicklungswerkzeug für die Prozess- und Verfahrenstechnik. Dazu erhält der Anwender direkten Zugriff auf alle wichtigen Prozessdaten wie Temperaturwerte und Temperaturdifferenzen sowie aktuelle Heiz-, Kälte- und Pumpenleistung im System. Zusätzlich zur Darstellung auf dem Gerätedisplay, können die relevanten Messgrößen auch über die digitalen Schnittstellen abgefragt und weiterverarbeitet werden. Mögliche Einsatzgebiete für das E-grade sind eine gezielte Prozessoptimierung und Verfahrensentwicklung sowie die Ermittlung von Abbruchkriterien, die Durchführung von Use-Tests und die Sammlung von erweiterten Prozessdaten für Scale-Up/Down-Versuche.
