Kostenloses Firmwareupdate bringt neue Funktionen für Huber-Temperiergeräte

Für Huber-Temperiergeräte mit dem Plug & Play-Regler "Pilot ONE" ist eine neue Firmware erhältlich. Mit dem Firmwareupdate erhalten Anwender verschiedene neue Funktionen. Zu den interessantesten Neuerungen gehört die Aufzeichnung von Prozessdaten auf einen USB-Datenträger. Bei dieser neuen Funktion werden die wichtigsten Prozesswerte direkt auf einen angeschlossenen USB-Stick geschrieben. Die Speicherung erfolgt in einem Zeitintervall von 5 Sekunden. Die Daten werden als universell nutzbare CSV-Datei gespeichert, welche problemlos z.B. mit Microsoft Excel® ausgewertet und weiterverarbeitet werden kann. Ebenfalls neu ist das Speichern und Laden von Temperierprogrammen auf einen USB-Stick. Damit können selbst erstellte Temperaturprofile gesichert und wieder geladen werden - bei Bedarf sogar übergreifend an anderen Geräten mit einem "Pilot ONE". Eine weitere Neuerung des Firmwareupdates ist ein integrierter Datenrekorder, der im Hintergrund die wichtigsten Betriebsparameter in einem Puffer aufzeichnet, ähnlich einem Flugschreiber. Diese Daten können per USB-Stick gespeichert und anschließend übermittelt werden. Der Servicetechniker erhält so wertvolle Informationen für ein optimales Systemsetup oder zur Fehleranalyse.

Für ein Firmwareupdate wird die Software "Pilot ONE Flasher" benötigt. Die Software ist als Download auf www.huber-online.com erhältlich. Nach der Installation wird automatisch die neueste Firmware vom Server geladen und auf den Pilot ONE übertragen. Eine detaillierte Anleitung zum Upgradevorgang ist im Installationspaket der Software enthalten.
