High-level delegation from China visited PFAFF INDUSTRIAL

On June 1, 2015 a delegation led by Mr. Zheng Han (Member of the Central Politburo of the Communist Party of China (CPC) and CPC-Chairman in Shanghai) visited PFAFF Industriesysteme und Maschinen GmbH. The delegation consisting of 40 Chinese ambassadors, diplomats and officials was welcomed by Mr. Zhang Min, Chairman and CEO of the ShangGong-Group. ShangGong is the owner of PFAFF INDUSTRIAL and majority shareholder (94.01 %) of Dürkopp Adler AG, Bielefeld. Eveline Lemke, Secretary of Commerce, was also in Kaiserslautern and greeted Mr. Han on behalf of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate.

Following a demonstration of various high-tech solutions of the brands PFAFF Industrial, Dürkopp Adler and KSL, Mr. Zhang Min presented the remarkable development of the ShangGong-Group. Mr. Zheng Han was very impressed by the achievements and confirmed the future-oriented strategy of the group. He thanked for the invitation and the warm welcome to Kaiserslautern.
