PFAFF INDUSTRIAL will present two of its new automats which were developed for the jeans-segment as part of a new product initiative. The 3589 is an automated jeans pocket setter featuring two sewing heads for two-tone sewing. The new automat guarantees a continuously high seam quality and performance. Profiles and templates may easily be exchanged within just a few minutes. It sets new standards when it also comes to the cycle time required to attach a pocket. PFAFF INDUSTRIAL will show its new 3538 pocket hemmer. Quality and output are of equal importance for this operation. The new pocket-hemming automat 3538 ideally fulfills these requirements. The sewing unit 3519 for darts on jackets creates single and double pointed as well as conical darts and is successfully used by leading garment manufacturers around the world. At the JIAM PFAFF will present this unique automat for this sophisticated operation. In the welding segment PFAFF INDUSTRIAL will show the 8312 ultrasonic machine and the new 8303i tape welding machine for programmed seam sealing.
In Osaka Dürkopp Adler will present the M-TYPE 867-M PREMIUM and 868-M PREMIUM featuring the latest control technology – DAC Comfort – for precise and repeatable sewing operations. The emphasis is on optimizing the work process and visualizing the progress. Another highlight is the long-arm sewing machine from the H-Type series which with its 1,000 mm arm clearance offers an entirely new dimension. With the flat-bed sewing machine 967-100382-100 the term „free space“ takes on a completely new meaning. The machine generation 610-10 is characterized by its new DAC Comfort control. A new drive for the motors allows for an efficient yet agile sewing operation. The new high-quality DAC Comfort control unit with machine-ID offers various advantages such as copying machine parameters via USB-stick. The 650-10 and 581-321 are further top sellers presented by Dürkopp Adler. The DAC Comfort control technology is tied into the „integration“-theme. This way Dürkopp Adler takes on Industry 4.0 and lays the foundation for a centralized and automated data management and controlling system.
KSL will show the KL 351, a programmable portal sewing unit featuring a rotary head for the servo motor-controlled sewing of safety seams, functional seams and decorative seams. The sewing head may be rotated 360° and is always tangentially directed during sewing so that loop stitches are avoided. Thanks to the accurate repetition the unit is ideal for serial parts. The rotating head version is particularly suitable for highest seam quality - with up to 2,800 stitches per minute. It saves time as well: The next material clamp can already be loaded during the current sewing operation. This overlapping working method minimizes the time needed to change the work piece.
