Beim Kaiserslauterer Hersteller von industriellen Näh- und Schweißmaschinen haben am 09. August 2010 acht junge Damen und Herren mit der Ausbildung in folgenden Ausbildungsberufen begonnen:

- Zerspanungsmechaniker
- Mechatroniker
- Techn. Zeichner
- Industriekauffrau
- Fachinformatiker (Fachrichtung Systemintegration)

Unter der alten PFAFF hatte die Ausbildung von jungen Menschen eine lange Tradition. Diese Tradition will die neue PFAFF Industrial fortsetzen und weiterentwickeln. PFAFF Industrial will somit seine Nachwuchskräfte für die Zukunft aus- und heranbilden.
