PFISTERER Holding SE, the international leader in quality for electrical connectivity technology for energy infrastructure, is continuing to grow its international market position according to plan and has opened a new production and sales facility in Rochester, NY, USA. The new site represents an important milestone in the company’s expansion strategy and underlines its ongoing commitment to innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
With around 10,000 square meters of floor space, metal and silicon working will be carried out at the plant, as well as the installation and testing of high-voltage cables for the offshore industry. Production will focus on overhead line insulators and screw connectors for cable systems. Furthermore, the new site will include a training center exclusively for PFISTERER customers. All told, PFISTERER invests almost $10 million in the new site in Rochester in order to meet the highest safety, sustainability, and quality standards in the production process.
