INVENT GmbH und PI unterzeichnen Kooperationsvertrag

Im Rahmen des Adaptronic Congress am 23. und 24. Mai 2007 in Göttingen haben die DLR, die INVENT GmbH und PI eine Kooperationsvereinbarung zur Fokussierung des Know-Hows für die prämierten DuraAct Wandler geschlossen. Demnach werden die Patch-Wandler, die an der DLR entwickelt wurden, bei INVENT gefertigt. PI Ceramic liefert hierfür die Piezokeramiken und übernimmt den exklusiven Vertrieb der DuraAct. "Wir sind von dem Funktionsprinzip des DuraAct überzeugt", so Norbert Ludwig, Vice President Sales and Marketing von PI, der die bewährten Vertriebskanäle als einen Grund für den künftigen Erfolg der Patch-Wandler sieht.

DuraAct-Wandler bieten als piezokeramische Aktoren und Sensoren eine herausragende Kombination aus Präzision, Zuverlässigkeit, Flexibilität und Vielfalt. DuraAct Patch-Aktoren können erfolgreich eingesetzt werden zur:

- Schallreduktion
- Schwingungskontrolle
- Konturverformung und Stabilisierung
- Energieerzeugung (Energy Harvesting)
- Hochdynamische und präzise Stellelemente
- Schadensüberwachung (Health Monitoring)
