Es wird mitgeteilt, dass Herr Rechtsanwalt Hartwig Albers aus der Kanzlei Brinkmann & Partner als Insolvenzverwalter über das Vermögen der PrimaCom AG, heute, am 05.07.2010, einen Kaufvertrag über alle von der PrimaCom AG gehaltenen Geschäftsanteile an der PrimaCom Management GmbH abgeschlossen hat.

In der PrimaCom Management GmbH sind der gesamte operative Geschäftsbetrieb sowie die zahlreichen weiteren Beteiligungen gebündelt. Durch den Verkauf wird der wesentliche Vermögensgegenstand der PrimaCom AG veräußert.

Der vorläufige Gläubigerausschuss hat dem Kaufvertrag zugestimmt.
