Prime Vision, a pioneer in robotics and computer vision solutions, will showcase its groundbreaking AMR (Autonomous Mobile Robot) solution at LogiMat 2025. This cutting-edge Robotic Sorting solution, renowned for its versatility, has been successfully deployed across the globe. Notably, it is in operation with one of the largest logistics companies in the United States, where over 1,000 Prime Vision Robin robots are currently in use. The solution also integrates seamlessly with various Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems (ASRS), efficiently bridging logistics processes both before and after ASRS operations.
During the show, visitors can experience a live demonstration of the 'Robin' AMRs in action. The demonstration will showcase how the Robins seamlessly integrate with various systems, highlighting their unique ability to navigate without the need for fencing or QR codes, thanks to advanced computer vision technology. These robots complement Prime Vision's latest in-house developments in 2D and 3D recognition solutions.
"Our solution offers a flexible alternative to traditional conveyor systems," says Tijmen Verkooijen, robotic sorting consultant at Prime Vision. "While conveyors are static, our Robins can be easily scaled and adapted to changing business needs. This makes our solution ideal for growing e-commerce and fulfillment operations."
The demonstration will also show how the Robins can safely collaborate with warehouse workers without the need for fencing, resulting in more efficient use of valuable warehouse space.
