PLM-Software-Anbieter aus Karlsruhe startet Recruitingkampagne im öffentlichen Personennahverkehr

„Digitalisierung entwickeln“ prangt in breiten Lettern über den Eingangstüren der PROCAD-Straßenbahn, die seit 1. April 2018 für ein Jahr durch Karlsruhe und Umkreis rollt. Ziel des PLM-Anbieters ist es, die Sichtbarkeit und den Wiedererkennungswert der Arbeitgebermarke PROCAD in der Region zu stärken.

PROCAD ist seit seiner Gründung 1985 stetig gewachsen und hat auch im letzten Jahr wieder zahlreiche neue Mitarbeiter/innen eingestellt. Seit einiger Zeit beschäftigt sich der Karlsruher Hersteller von Software für Product- and Document Lifecycle Management intensiv mit den Herausforderungen, die auf mittelständische Firmen mit der Digitalisierung zukommen. Dafür sucht PROCAD neue Softwareentwickler/innen, Projektberater/innen sowie Beschäftigte im vertrieblichen und kaufmännischen Bereich.
