The review is being conducted by TSO to update the five core publications (Service Strategy, Service Design, Service Transition, Service Operation, Continual Service Improvement).
The objective of the update is to address issues within the current ITIL Version 3 books that have been raised by the user and/ or training communities. As part of the project, inconsistencies between the books will be corrected and changes that reflect valid criticisms of the presentation or content will be made.
