The HR/IT service and consulting company received 4 out of 5 stars in the dual study category. The mentoring, on-the-job learning, training marketing, digitalization and innovation as well as chances of success were evaluated.

The dual study program has been offered here since 2013; the focus of studies is wide-ranging and lies in application development, IT consulting and internal services. Students have the option of studying in Munich, Hamburg or Barcelona. The cooperation with universities has been steadily expanded for this purpose and today projekt0708 works together with the private FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, the Munich University of Applied Sciences, the University for Applied Management (HAM) in Ismaning and the fedaEDU German Business School in Barcelona.
From the very beginning, students can decide for themselves in which direction they would like to develop. Personal mentors provide support throughout the entire duration of the program. The dual study program itself relies on three components for comprehensive training and development: study at the university, on-the-job training with the assumption of first own tasks and projects, and self-study through e-learning offerings. "In the course of your studies, you take on more and more responsibility," explains Clara Staender, Junior Associate, dual student for business psychology at projekt0708 GmbH and already responsible for recruiting dual students and trainees herself.
"We junior employees also particularly appreciate the modern and dynamic corporate culture and the strong team spirit, which is strengthened by joint team and company events." A takeover rate of 100 percent confirms the satisfaction on both sides.
For the coming semesters, there are still openings for dual studies in (business) informatics and economics. In addition to dual studies, an apprenticeship as an IT specialist in the field of application development is also possible at projekt0708 in cooperation with the Munich and Upper Bavaria Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
