Over the years, proMX became an expert for project management software, while Microsoft gained greater knowledge from developing both CRM and ERP solutions.
Project Operations for Early Adopters
proMX’s first implementations of Project Operations for renowned customers were part of Microsoft’s Early Adopter Program and started in June 2020, for months before PO’s general availability.
During the Early Adopter Program, experts from Microsoft offer first-hand knowledge during the implementation phase. This way, proMX itself can fall back on Microsoft’s technical support for hotfixes as well as valuable insights into the functionalities of Project Operations. Feedback from the customer’s as well as proMX’s side is forwarded directly to Microsoft. This is how all parties profit from collaborating.
