Zusammen mit OS Datensysteme (PZE) und QUIPSY QUALITY (CAQ) bilde ProSeS (BDE) die MES-Gruppe und sei in Deutschland ein führender Anbieter für integrierte MES-Lösungen in der Kunststoffindustrie. Das ProSeS-BDE-System mache im MES-System die Produktionsinformationen unternehmensweit nutzbar. Die auch einzeln verfügbaren Systembestandteile decken, laut ProSeS, die Bereiche Produktion und Fertigung zuverlässig ab. Systembestandteile seien die grafische Feinplanung (mit family moulding), Online-Hallenspiegel, vorbeugende Instandhaltungswerkzeuge, Auswertungssystem, Prozessdatendokumentation, mobile Bediengeräte und die zentrale Einstelldatenverwaltung. Das MES-System kommuniziere über vorhandene Schnittstellen mit jeder anderen Unternehmenssoftware. "Die Systemsprache ist auf Knopfdruck umschaltbar, wodurch es weltweit eingesetzt wird. Die Bedienung ist durch die intuitiven Symbole und Farben besonders leicht erlernbar" teilt Frau Sanja Lang mit, Sprecherin der ProSeS BDE GmbH.

Mehr als 160 namhafte Betriebe mit über 6.000 an das BDE-System angeschlossenen Produktionsmaschinen vertrauen auf ProSeS, wenn es um Betriebs- und Maschinendatenerfassung geht. Laut ProSeS liegt die Amortisationszeit durch Senken der Produktionskosten und Steigern der Effizienz bei wenigen Wochen.
