Neuer Akku für Joya Touch und Memor 1

Datalogic führt einen Batteriewechsel für die Joya Touch, Joya Touch A6 und den Memor 1 durch

Datalogic kündigt einen Batteriewechsel für die aktuellen Joya Touch, Joya Touch A6 und Memor 1 Batterien an um die Qualität der Produkte zu verbessern. Ab Juni 2021 wird jeder neue Joya Touch und Memor 1 mit einer neuen Batterie ausgestattet. In Fällen, in denen Benutzer diesen Akku als Zubehör kaufen, ist es erforderlich, die Joya Touch- und Memor 1-Geräte auf die neueste Firmware-Version zu aktualisieren (erhältlich unter: www.developer.datalogic.com).

Die neue Teilenummer des Batteriezubehörs lautet: 94ACC0333 und der Name lautet BY-04.

Bei Geräten, die den Akku BY-04 verwenden, ist es nicht möglich, Downgrade der Firmware auf frühere Versionen vorzunehmen. Die für den neuen Akku erforderlichen Mindest-Firmware-Versionen sind unten aufgeführt:
  • Joya Touch mit Android™ 7: ab Version 2.21
  • Joya Touch mit Android 8: ab Version 3.03
  • Joya Touch mit Android 9: ab Version 4.01
  • Joya Touch mit WEC7: ab Version 2.25.06
  • Memor 1: ab Version 3.07
Zukünftige Firmware-Versionen werden sowohl mit der alten als auch mit der neuen Batterie (BY-04) kompatibel sein.
