With new solutions for vertical transport, sorting, buffering and palletising of products, Qimarox is responding to the increasing need for automation in production and logistics. During LogiMAT, Europe's largest trade fair for intralogistics, the jubilee Qimarox will demonstrate that it is ready to meet the growing demand for product lifts, vertical conveyors and palletizers.
Since its foundation in 1995, Qimarox has grown into a globally operating supplier of product lifts, vertical conveyors and palletizers. Thirty years of continuous innovation and development have resulted in a sophisticated portfolio of modular, flexibly deployable products that distinguish themselves in terms of reliability, affordability and sustainability. System integrators, original equipment manufacturers and other partners have relied on Qimarox products for many years and integrate them into their automation solutions for a wide range of companies in industry and logistics.
More capacity, more focus
The 30th anniversary is not the only milestone that Qimarox is celebrating in the anniversary year 2025. On Bellstraat in Harderwijk - a stone's throw from the head office on Nobelstraat - the fast-growing company has built two new production and assembly halls with a total of 6,400 square meters. The fact that the 3.2-hectare site offers space for another seven halls is testament to Qimarox's great ambitions. The existing production and assembly area next to the head office is being transformed into a unique demonstration and test center, where Qimarox partners and end users can try out all the products themselves.
Not only the accommodation, but also the organization itself has undergone a metamorphosis. What started in 1995 as a locally operating, project-based company has grown into a global manufacturer of standard machines. The transition from a hierarchically managed organization to self-managing teams has resulted in a multidisciplinary approach with shorter lines of communication, greater responsiveness and a stronger focus on the market. Customers can expect an invitation to re-introduce themselves to Qimarox in Harderwijk later this year.
Vertical transport, sorting and buffering
From 11 to 13 March, Qimarox will be present at LogiMAT, Europe's largest intralogistics trade fair in Stuttgart. The undisputed eye-catcher at stand D12 in hall 1 is the Prorunner mk5, the elegant vertical conveyor that can be used simultaneously for both ascending and descending product flows. Of course, Qimarox's product specialists will be present to provide visitors with information on this and other products, such as the Prorunner PR12 product lift and the Prorunner mk9 and mk10 pallet lifts.
Qimarox is paying extra attention to the possibilities of the Prorunner mk5 and PR15 to sort or buffer products vertically. A twin configuration with two vertical conveyors that are connected via extra-long product carriers makes it possible to buffer entire pallet layers. By placing multiple moving infeed and outfeed conveyors on top of each other, the Prorunner mk5 can be used for sorting or sequencing products. Vertical sorting or buffering is not only an efficient, but also a space-saving solution for companies that want to increase their level of automation.
Sector-specific palletizing solutions
In addition, Qimarox introduces standard palletizing solutions for various sectors such as frozen food, canned food, beverage and logistics. These palletizing solutions are based on the Highrunner HR9, the palletizer that has proven its worth in various sectors. Based on the features and specifications that can vary from application to application, Qimarox has developed a standard configuration of the Highrunner HR9 for each sector. The result: shorter lead times, simplified integration and lower costs.
