ICY BOX has just brought out a new enclosure for two 3.5”-SATA-HDDs. Its outstanding advantages are the boldly low price as well as the compact and solidly built aluminum body with its good looks in cool black. A fan – with on/off switch - protects the easily mounted HDDs and their possibly precious content. The USB 2.0-connector makes it usable wherever needed and at fair transfer speeds. With JBOD you have access to two HDDs through one USB cable. So you don’t have to deal with overstaffed USB-ports and cable entanglements. The software you get with the IB-3218 is for the one touch backup and a Windows 98 driver. Bottom line: multiple advantages in a double enclose for the price of a single.
