Die Auflösung beträgt 1312 x 1082 Pixel bei einer Pixelgröße von 8 µm x 8 µm und einem Füllfaktor von über 60%. Die Empfindlichkeit erstreckt sich über einen Spektralbereich von 350 nm bis zu 1100 nm. Die hohe Empfindlichkeit (Quanteneffizient von ca. 30% bei 1000nm) im Nahen Infrarot ist besonders hervorzuheben.
Die MV1-D1312(i)-100-GB Kameras liefern bei maximaler Bildauflösung 68 Bilder/s mit 12 Bit Auflösung. Mit dem variablen Auslesefenster ROI (Region of Interest) und der Möglichkeit einer Reduzierung des auszulesenden Bildbereiches sowohl in X- als auch in Y-Richtung kann die Bildgeschwindigkeit auf mehr als 10'000 fps erhöht werden. Der sehr schnelle Global Shutter sorgt selbst bei hohen Bildraten für verzerrungsfreie Bilder.
Die gleichzeitige Integration- und Auslesefunktion der neuen MV1-D1312(i)-100-GB Kameras ermöglicht das Starten einer neuen Bildaufnahme, während das aktuelle Bild ausgelesen wird. Dadurch können die Belichtungszeit oder die Bildrate maximiert werden.
Die MV1-D1312(i)-100-GB Kameras werden ohne Deckglas ausgeliefert, wodurch die Anzahl der optischen Elemente im Strahlengang minimiert wird. Davon profitieren Applikationen mit sehr kontrastreichen Szenen und optische Messtechnik.
