Born in 1926 in Milan – Norther Italy, where still based and run since then by the same family -, Ravioli S.p.A. is an experienced yet dynamic manufacturer of electric and electromechanical devices for industry. Experience, tech innovation, cutting-edge management approach, sustainability and reliability are few of the core values of this almost centenary Italian Company.

Ravioli’s high-quality products include Limit Switches, Radio Remote Controls, Pendant Stations, Slip Rings, DC Contactors and Twin Connectors. All products are specifically studied in both standard and bespoke versions to meet the clients’ needs in several industrial fields, such as construction, lifting, e-mobility, solar and wind power plants, agriculture, nautical industry to name a few. Our team will be pleased to meet you at LogiMAT Stuttgart – March 11-13, 2025 – in Hall 10, Stand 10A32.

Designing, projecting, testing, and assembling in-house its products, Ravioli maintains the production rooted in the territory, while guaranteeing a deep care for the quality and safety standards of its products, thanks to its team of high-specialised technicians, and the compliance with updated Norms and Directives, combined with a user-friendly design, customer care and technical assistance as well as innovative and updated solutions for each product.

At LogiMAT the focus will be on the complete range of Twin Connectors Europe Series. Studied and tested in compliance with the up-to-date DIN Norms. Coming in two versions – one with the Shock resistant housing and the other one with the Acid-proof polymer housing –, the Twin Connectors Europe Series all share the same easy assembly and intuitive use, combined with a resistant structure and short time required for their wiring, which make them suitable for many applications.

To simplify crimping and assembling of our Twin Connectors, a new bulk packaging system has been developed, in which our Connectors are provided in kit of 100 pieces per code: a smart solution perfect to meet the specific needs of constructors and wiring experts.

Along with Twin Connectors comes the complete range of DC Contactors, which includes:
  • Logo Series: small dimensions and considerable power that allow together to support currents up to 350A and voltages up to 96V
  • Tecno Series: provided with protected contacts and able to support currents up to 180A
  • Team Series: compact motor reversers with internal safe connections
  • DC high voltage Series: completely watertight, granting low external temperature and bringing high voltage to the contacts
DC Contactors and Twin Connectors are perfect allies when it comes to electrical traction, industrial handling, batteries and battery chargers, lithium and hybrid forklifts, lifting trucks, aerial platforms, sweepers, scrubbers, other electrical vehicles for industry, as well as photovoltaic, solar and wind powers plants, hybrid generators or application in nautical, agricultural, telecommunication and mining industries.

At LogiMAT Ravioli will launch also its brand-new solution for the control of construction equipment and industrial machines: the new Limit Switch Driver FRD Series.

As a result of both a proactive and careful audit of the clients’ needs combined with the expert knowledges of Ravioli technicians, the new FRD is the perfect balance between compact dimensions and high accuracy in the positioning control.  Longitudinal or horizontal configuration, easy adjustability thanks to the new cable gland on removable entry and the possibility for bespoke versions and matching KST absolute angle sensor on request are are few of the technical highlights of the new rotary limit switch FRD by Ravioli. Once the limit switch FRD is connected through its shaft to a gear motor or a rotary winch, and a specific number of turns is pre-set, the adjustable cams trigger the internal safety contacts with high precision. Several designed accessories are available to facilitate the coupling between the machine and the limit switch.

The satisfaction of the customer and the flexibility to provide customised solutions according to the specific needs of each machinery and application are key factors in the success of the Milanese Company. Ravioli believes in a world relying on past traditions as a leap towards the future and look forward to meeting you at Stand 10A32 in Hall10, at LogiMAT 2025.
