Auszeichnung für umweltaktive Sportvereine

Für ihr besonderes Engagement im Umweltschutz werden in diesem Jahr in den Räumen des Landessportbundes Niedersachsen sieben Sportvereine aus der Region Hannover ausgezeichnet. Im Rahmen des Beratungsprojekts e.coFit, das von der Klimaschutzagentur Region Hannover koordiniert wird, erhalten folgende Vereine als Anerkennung eine Plakette: TV Badenstedt von 1891 e.V., Paddel-Club Hannover e.V., MTV Groß-Buchholz von 1898 e.V., RSV Hannover von 1926 e.V.-Leinhäuser Bad, VSV Hohenborstel, SV Resse von 1963 e.V., SG Anderten von 1901 e.V.

Als besonderen Gast erwarten wir Eberhard Gienger, Vizepräsident Leistungssport des Deutschen Olympischen Sportbundes (DOSB), der einen Vortrag zum Thema "Klimawandel und Sport" halten wird.

Zu dieser Ehrung möchten wir Sie, auch im Namen von Stadt und Region sowie deren Sportbünde, herzlich einladen:

Montag, 19. Oktober 2009, Beginn der Feierstunde: 17 Uhr, Ehrung ca. 19 Uhr in der Akademie des Landessportbundes Niedersachsen, Toto-Lotto-Saal, Ferdinand-Wilhelm-Fricke-Weg 10, 30169 Hannover
