Unternehmen aus der Region machen sich fit für weibliche Fachkräfte

Dem Fachkräftemangel entgegenwirken und qualifiziertes Personal für sich gewinnen: Das Projekt "Fit For Women" will kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen (KMU) dabei unterstützen. Was macht einen attraktiven Arbeitgeber aus? Wie können Betriebe vor allem qualifizierte Frauen rekrutieren und halten? Die Region Hannover und die Agentur für Arbeit Hannover starten mit "Fit For Women" ein Projekt, in dem KMU aus der Region Hannover Antworten auf diese Fragen erhalten. Das Konzept hinter dem Projekt, die beteiligten Akteure und Unternehmen werden bei einem Pressegespräch am
