PIA-Award - das Plus in der Ausbildung

Beim von der Nordwest-Zeitung ausgelobten Preis für innovative Ausbildung (PIA) landete das firmenübergreifende und von Remmers wesentlich mitgestaltete Konzept "Ausbildung.Plus" auf dem Siegertreppchen: Die Kooperation der Berufsschule BBS am Museumsdorf in Cloppenburg - Außenstelle Löningen, der IHK Oldenburg und einem von Remmers und sieben weiteren Unternehmen gebildeten Verbund erhielt den 2. Preis. Herzstück des Konzepts ist eine verkürzte Ausbildung zur Industriekauffrau/zum Industriekaufmann, dem sich eine Weiterbildung zum Geprüften Wirtschaftsfachwirt anschließt - die Gesamtdauer beträgt vier Jahre. "Ausbildung.Plus" umfasst neben Praxismodulen in den beteiligten Betrieben, attraktive Zusatzqualifikationen wie die Ausbildereignungsprüfung, weiterführende Spezialkurse zur Vertiefung sowie einen dreiwöchigen Auslandsaufenthalt.
