Mit der erfolgreichen Beendigung der Kickstarter-Kampagne für Sky Sharks hat die Braunschweiger Design- und Filmagentur Marctropolis unter der Leitung von Produzent und Regisseur Marc Fehse einen echten Volltreffer gelandet: die Crowdfunding-Kampagne war der erste Schritt, das stilistische Meisterwerk um Nazis, Zombies und fliegende, mit Raketen bestückte Haie realisieren zu können. Die zahlreichen Fans und Unterstützer dieses Spektakels haben nun noch mehr Grund zur Freude, da das Münchner Unternehmen remote control productions GmbH die Umsetzung dieses Blockbusters als Game übernehmen wird. Pünktlich zum deutschen Kinostart, der für das 4. Quartal 2017 geplant ist, werden Spieler also auch mit ihren eigenen Händen auf Haien reitende Nazi-Zombies bekämpfen können.

Bei der Konzeption des Games orientiert sich remote control stark an dessen filmischem Vorbild. Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung wird eines der zahlreichen Studios der remote control productions GmbH unter Mitarbeit des gesamten Sky Sharks-Teams sein.
