ARTEC-Gesellschafter gründen Tochter-Unternehmen in Großbritannien

Die Gesellschafter der ARTEC GmbH (Krauss-Maffei Wegmann GmbH & Co. KG, Rheinmetall Landsysteme GmbH und Rheinmetall Defence Nederland B.V.) haben beschlossen, in Großbritannien ein Tochter-Unternehmen unter den Namen ARTEC Boxer UK Ltd. zu gründen. 

Die Gesellschaft soll eine hundertprozentige Tochter der ARTEC GmbH sein und deren operative Aufgaben in Großbritannien übernehmen. Dies umfasst insbesondere Service- und Instandsetzungsdienstleistungen für die britische Armee in Bezug auf das gepanzerte Transportfahrzeug Boxer. Darüber hinaus wird die ARTEC Boxer UK Ltd. auch im Exportgeschäft tätig sein. 

Zu den operativen Unternehmenszielen gehört es, im Vereinigten Königreich den Marktanteil im Dienstleistungsbereich auszubauen sowie zusätzliche Anteile am globalen Markt für hochgeschützte 8x8-Fahrzeuge zu gewinnen.

Unterzeichnet wurde die Vereinbarung zur Gründung der ARTEC Boxer UK Ltd. während der DSEI-Messe in London.
