With the aim to optimally adapt to the changed market situation Rottendorf Pharma has started a Lean Six Sigma initiative beginning of this year.
By application of Lean Six Sigma methods Rottendorf will improve simultaneously financial results, customer satisfaction and quality. Prerequisites for this are an understanding of the actual customer requirements, the disciplined application of data and facts as well as the consistent improvement or redevelopment of business processes, products and services.
The program is implemented with the company Six Winners and is first scheduled for 36 months. Dr. Stephan Fleck, Managing Director of Rottendorf Pharma GmbH, is confident: "If we want to maintain our competitiveness in the market we have to strengthen our organization in terms of efficiency, lean processes and cost optimization. Lean Six Sigma allows us to consistently persue these aims."
