Pinneberg/Germany, May 8th, 2014 – ROWA Inc., the US division of ROWA, is expanding its product portfolio and tapping new markets. This will be supported by the various ROWA divisions.
ROMIRA is now extending its activities in the USA, thus following the example of ROWA GROUP divisions TRAMACO and ROWA Masterbatch. From the second half of 2014, this technical plastics manufacturer will be operating with its own products and additional capacities on the other side of the Atlantic. This is the logical progression of its ongoing commitment. Products have already been delivered to international US customers. ROMIRA will now be operating in the USA to be closer to their customers, and will focus on the automotive field and other business sectors. "We are looking forward to increasing our presence in the USA and to thus satisfying the needs and requirements of our customers even more effectively", explained Kai Müller, Managing Director of the ROWA GROUP Holding GmbH.
A new Technology Center is currently being built in the USA so that ROWA can offer comprehensive services to its customers around the globe. "We are experiencing excellent growth in a wide market portfolio of products from the ROWA Group divisions. The growth has warranted a plant and equipment expansion. We expanded our polymer laboratory in 2013 and are adding additional twin screw compounding lines, blending and metering capacity in 2014. Furthermore, we are continuing to expand our technical team in 2014 to accommodate current and planned growth", said Dave Baglia, President of ROWA Inc.
