Recently, ROYPOW announced that it would showcase advanced power solutions for material handling operations at LogiMAT 2025, including lithium forklift batteries, chargers, motors, and controllers at booth 10H74 from March 11 to March 13.

Now, to further improve the performance of forklift power systems, ROYPOW has launched new motor and controller products, offering a complete power solution when paired with batteries and chargers. By integrating these four solutions, ROYPOW ensures seamless compatibility and synergy, optimizing efficiency, stability, and energy management. With flexible customization options, the complete solution meets diverse material handling needs, offering customers long-term performance and cost savings.

ROYPOW Lithium Battery Solutions

At the site, ROYPOW will showcase its innovations in lithium forklift batteries, including IP67-rated anti-freeze solutions for cold storage and a 350V high-voltage battery. The anti-freeze batteries feature advanced thermal insulation, IP67 ingress protection, and pre-heating functions, ensuring exceptional safety and performance in temperatures as low as -40℃ to -20℃. The high-voltage battery is manufactured to UL standards, with its casing passing the highest level of UL salt mist testing. Equipped with automotive-grade cells and harnesses, the solution offers long-lasting performance and reliability. Its IP65 design provides superior protection against dust and water ingress, making it perfect for demanding material handling environments.

ROYPOW Charger Solutions

ROYPOW self-developed chargers for lithium forklift batteries are specially designed to enable optimal battery performance. Equipped with multiple input and output protection such as protection against overvoltage, undervoltage, overcurrent, reverse connection, and short circuits, the chargers guarantee ultimate charging safety, greatly improving their service life. Additionally, they communicate with the battery BMS monitor in real time to ensure the safety of the battery and improve the charging efficiency. Compliant with industry standards such as UL, KC, CE, RoHS, and FCC.

ROYPOW Motor and Controller Solutions

For driving and control systems, ROYPOW will present two competitive solutions powered by ULTRADRIVE TechnologyTM to enhance electric forklift moving and lifting performance: a 15kW compact 2-in-1 drive motor available in spline-driven and belt-driven types, and a 25kW PMSM motor and controller solution.

The former is lightweight and compact, offering powerful acceleration and extended driving range. Its permanent magnets and 6-phase hair-pin motor technology ensure high efficiency. With a maximum output of 15kW/60Nm and a speed of 16,000rpm, it delivers exceptional performance, while CANBUS-based battery protection supports safety and extends battery life.

The latter comes with a motor featuring stator technology with flat wire and potting for improved heat dissipation, which delivers over 15 kW continuous and 25 kW peak power. With a double V-shaped magnet, it achieves 115Nm of peak torque and speeds up to 10,000 rpm, with over 94% efficiency. The controller uses a topside-cooled MOSFET design for efficient heat dissipation, integrates Hall sensors for accurate current sampling, and supports resolvers for more accurate position signals and improved torque control precision. It includes Model-Based Design (MBD) for better performance and thermal protection, supports ASIL C-level safety, and provides up to 500 A RMS with 98% efficiency. Both solutions are built to automotive-grade standards, ensuring the highest levels of quality, safety, and durability.
