Bedingt durch eine hohe Nachfrage nach den Qualitätsprodukten hat elero eine weitere modulare Prüfanlage zur 100 %-Prüfung installiert. Die vollautomatische Prüfanlage von RTE verarbeitet parallel die Messdaten von 15 Antrieben in mehreren Prüfstationen. In der Anlage erfolgt vollautomatisch eine Geräusch- und Funktionsprüfung, Belastungsprüfung, Leerlaufprüfung, VDE-Sicherheitsprüfung, optische Wellenausrichtung und Schalterprüfung.

Das Prüfsystem SonicTC.Drives (PRODIAS 2000) steuert hierbei den komplexen Prüfablauf und kommuniziert über EtherCAT mit dem Leitsystem und weiteren dezentralen Steuerungseinheiten. Über eine integrierte Auftragsverwaltung werden kundenspezifisch Typenschilder, Kisten- und Schichtprotokolle erzeugt.
