r.z.w. cimdata präsentiert mit cdWorkflow leistungsstarkes Werkzeug für die Geschäftsprozesskontrolle - Komfortable Initiierung des Workflows aus dem ERP-System heraus
Die r.z.w. cimdata AG, Spezialist für betriebswirtschaftliche Standardsoftware mit Sitz in Weimar, Gunzenhausen und Wilhelmshaven, hat einen weiteren Ausbau der Funktionalitäten von cdWorkflow vorgenommen. Als zentrales Werkzeug zur Planung, Organisation, Automatisierung und Kontrolle der Geschäftsprozesse ermöglicht das Modul der leistungsstarken Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)-Lösung cd2000 den Anwendern, aus dem ERP-System heraus einen Workflow-Prozess zu initiieren, der beliebige Geschäftsprozesse in cd2000 steuert. Dadurch lassen sich beispielsweise Kundenaufträge nach einem bestimmten Kriterium untersuchen. Im Anschluss daran werden die Abteilungen über den Kundenauftrag und das Ergebnis der Prüfung informiert und können dann über Annahme und Ablehnung entscheiden. Zudem ist jetzt auch die Realisierung kundenspezifischer Eingabeprüfungen, der Austausch von Daten zwischen beliebigen Datenbanken sowie der automatische Anstoß eines mit CrystalReports erstellten Berichts innerhalb des Workflows möglich. Außerdem unterstützt cdWorkflow periodische Prüfungsläufe, beispielsweise hinsichtlich überschrittener Auftragsliefertermine.
