SALT AND PEPPER startet "KI-Führerschein" für Mitarbeitende

Technologieunternehmen rüstet sich für KI-Revolution

SALT AND PEPPER führt einen "KI-Führerschein" für alle Mitarbeitenden ein. Der Ingenieur- und IT-Dienstleister reagiert damit auf die rasante Entwicklung im Bereich der Künstlichen Intelligenz. Die Initiative zielt darauf ab, die Belegschaft fit für den Einsatz von KI-Tools zu machen.

Das Schulungsprogramm "AI Me" vermittelt Grundlagen und Anwendungsmöglichkeiten von KI. Es beleuchtet Chancen und Risiken der Technologie. Mitarbeitende lernen, KI-Tools effektiv im Arbeitsalltag einzusetzen.

Sven Scholz, CEO von SALT AND PEPPER, betont die Bedeutung der Initiative: "KI wird unsere Zukunft fundamental verändern. Mit dem KI-Führerschein stellen wir sicher, dass unsere Mitarbeitenden die Potenziale dieser Technologie voll ausschöpfen können. Wir wappnen uns so für die Herausforderungen von morgen".

Das Unternehmen erwartet eine hohe Teilnahmequote am freiwilligen Schulungsprogramm. Die Führungsebene unterstützt die Initiative aktiv. SALT AND PEPPER sieht den KI-Führerschein als Investition in die Zukunftsfähigkeit des Unternehmens.

Die Schulungen starten in Kürze. Sie sind auch für externe Teilnehmende zugelassen und können über die SALT AND PEPPER Academy gebucht werden.
