Modernisierungsvorhaben SASPF der Bundeswehr schreitet weiter voran

Die Bundeswehr unterzeichnet strategische Lizenzvereinbarung mit SAP

Die Bundeswehr hat mit SAP eine strategischen Lizenzvereinbarung zur weit reichenden Nutzung der SAP-Software-Lösungen geschlossen. Dieser Vertrag deckt den geplanten Lizenzbedarf der Bundeswehr bei der Einführung von SAP Software im Rahmen des Projektes SASPF (Standard Software-Produkt-Familien) ab. Wesentlicher Bestandteil dieses Vertrages ist die Lizenzierung für insgesamt 140.000 Anwender sowie die Branchenlösung SAP for Defense & Security und die Integrationsplattform SAP NetWeaver.

SASPF ist ein zentrales Modernisierungsprojekt der Bundeswehr, dessen Ziel die Umstellung der administrativen und logistischen Fachverfahren auf SAP-Software ist.

Ferner wird mit dem Vorhaben die Bildung von Einsatzkontingenten sowie die Durchführung von Übungen und Einsätzen unterstützt werden. Dabei werden auf Basis der Technologieplattform SAP NetWeaver zum Beispiel dezentrale Systeme im Einsatz und die Interoperabilität zu bestimmten NATO-Verfahren realisiert werden.

Schon heute nutzen mehrere Tausend Anwender der Bundeswehr mySAP ERP 2005 in den Bereichen Rechnungswesen, Logistik und Business Warehouse. Ab dem Jahre 2008 soll für die bereits laufenden Personalwirtschaftssysteme mit über 10.000 Anwendern die Umstellung von mySAP ERP 2004 auf mySAP ERP 2005 begonnen werden.
