The career center, part of the SAP community network, uses the power of the 1.7 million plus community membership to facilitate SAP-specific job and talent searches by combining an online job board with social media tools, including an interactive forum.
Finding qualified people with the expertise to select, run, implement or manage SAP® solutions can be a challenge for SAP customers and partners of all sizes. The search for skilled resources can be a lengthy and difficult process. The new career center can help companies overcome this challenge by focusing on positions that are SAP-centric and facilitating targeted recruitment of qualified people quickly and efficiently. The career center also allows job seekers to find new opportunities and market their SAP skills to prospective employers in the collaborative environment of the SAP community network.

The SAP University Alliances community supports academic course and research project opportunities and enables students to enhance their backgrounds through hands-on SAP experiences. Students and graduates are now able to highlight their qualifications in their resumes, which can be posted free within the career center for job and internship opportunities.
