SAP schlägt Dividende von 0,50 € je Aktie vor

Vorstand und Aufsichtsrat der SAP AG schlagen der Hauptversammlung für das Geschäftsjahr 2009 eine Dividende in Höhe von 0,50 € je Aktie vor. Dies entspricht der Dividende im Vorjahr. Vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung der Hauptversammlung beträgt damit die Gesamtausschüttung an die Aktionäre etwa 594 Mio. € (basierend auf der Anzahl ausstehender Aktien zum 31. Dezember 2009). Die Dividende entspricht einer Ausschüttungsquote von 34 % (2008: 32 %).

Die Hauptversammlung der SAP AG wird für den 8. Juni 2010 in Mannheim (SAP ARENA) einberufen. Die Auszahlung der Dividende erfolgt ab dem 9. Juni 2010.
