Der SCHMIDT® Strömungssensor SS 20.260 wurde in der neuen überarbeiteten Ausführung für den Einsatz in der Prozesstechnik mit gleich drei entscheidende Funktionserweiterungen ausgestattet. So kann der Sensor mit dem erweiterten Messbereich von 0 ... 50 m/s jetzt zur Volumenstromregelung in verschiedenen Leitungssystemen eingesetzt werden. Viele Prozesse erfordern außerdem die Strömungsmessung von erwärmten Medien und einen entsprechenden Betriebstemperaturbereich. Dieser beträgt je nach Konfiguration bis zu 120 °C. Gleichzeitig kann der Anwender über einen zusätzlichen analogen linearen Ausgang die Mediumstemperatur erfassen und benötigt für diese Messung keinen weiteren Sensor mehr. Der Sensor zeichnet sich durch seine sehr kompakte Bauform sowie durch eine robuste Ausführung aus. Das Sensorelement ist durch den schlagfesten Kammerkopf gegen mechanische Beanspruchung bestens gesichert. Das Fühlerrohr aus Edelstahl ist in verschiedenen Längen zu bekommen, so dass der Sensor sowohl bei kleinen als auch großen Abluftrohren immer in die aerodynamisch beste Position gebracht werde kann. Über zwei Status-LEDs signalisiert der Sensor, ob die Versorgungsspannung ausreicht und ob der Sensor fehlerfrei funktioniert. Anwendungsgebiete: Strömungsmessung in Lüftungskanälen, Durchflussmessung in Prüfständen, Regelung der Verbrennungsluft in Öl-, Kohle-, Holz- oder Gasbrennern, Strömungsregelung in Kühl- und Trockungsanlagen. Wichtigste technische Daten: Eintauchsonde mit angebautem Messumformer. Einsatzbereich: frei strömende Luft und geführte Luft in Rohren von 25 bis 500 mm. Medien: Luft, Stickstoff, Argon und weitere nicht brennbare Gase. Messbereich: 0 ... 2,5/10/20/40/50 m/s. Druck: atmosphärisch. Versorgung: 24 VDC / ca 100 mA Ausgang: 0 ... 10 V, (0)4 ... 20 mA linear. Anzeige: 2 Status-LEDs.
