Optical Bonding von E-Paper Displays

Optical Bonding ermöglicht mittels unterschiedlicher Technologien und Verfahren die Verbindung von Display mit Touch-Sensor und Coverglas zu einer Einheit. Genau wie beim Optical Bonding von TFT LC-Displays lässt sich dieser Veredelungsprozess auch auf E-Paper Displays anwenden.

Die Integration von E-Paper Displays in eine Applikation erfordert immer einen zusätzlichen mechanischen Schutz. Eine Steigerung der Stabilität wird durch die vollflächige Verklebung mit einer Coverlens erzielt. Das Optical Bonding erhöht somit den mechanischen Schutz und ermöglicht die Funktionsfähigkeit für Applikationen mit extremen Temperaturschwankungen und erhöhter Luftfeuchtigkeit.

SCHURTER entwickelt gemeinsam mit Ihnen eine E-Paper Display-Lösung, die auf Ihre spezifischen Anwendungsanforderungen zugeschnitten ist. Jedes E-Paper-Projekt wird kundenspezifisch entwickelt. Es stehen verschiedene Designs, Materialien und Integrationsmöglichkeiten mit Beleuchtungsoption zur Auswahl.
