After the global launch at the SGIA in Las Vegas, the Seal 65 Pro MD has now been shown to the European public on the fair stand of Welte GmbH at the Viscom trade fair in Frankfurt. The new wide-format laminator was completely redesigned and is the first device to have an Easy Operator Interface (EOI). Users tab a touch-screen to quickly and intuitively enter control commands as temperature, work speed and direction, cooling fans and roller distance. It is therefore possible to monitor a work process completely from start to finish.
The EOI is mounted on a swivel pendant arm that moves easily from front to back. No matter which side of the laminator you are working from, the swivel pendant provides the ultimate flexibility in the control of the laminator. The Seal 65 Pro MD can perform thermal and cold lamination and mounting consecutively as a result its bi-directional operation design. No need to wait for the front rollers to cool down before doing a mounting job. In addition, all four material supply shafts are cantilevered and swing out and away from the laminator so that films and adhesives can be loaded quickly and easily without any obstructions.

The high-performance Seal 65 Pro MD reliably processes materials with a thickness of up to 50 millimetres. The laminator offers 1650 mm (65 inches) of working width and operates at 4.25 metres per minute.
