Life Long Learning Open Operating Platform, kurz L³OOP ist der Prototyp einer Plattform für die “Nationale Meta-Plattform vernetzter digitaler Bildungsangebote“. Ziel von L³OOP ist, allen Bürger:innen nutzerzentriertes und datensouveränes lebenslanges Lernen zu ermöglichen. Die Konsortialführung des Projekts L³OOP hat die imc AG. Weitere Konsortialpartner sind IONOS SE, Fernuniversität Hagen, ETH Zürich, CampusSource sowie die Telekom AG und Antares Projekt GmbH.
