OptiVision 3D – Startschuss des Forschungsprojektes mit der Universität Kassel und GBS mbH -Gesellschaft für Bild- und Signalverarbeitung aus Ilmenau. Projektziel ist die Entwicklung eines interferometrischen 3D-Formmesssytems mit einer Auflösung <500nm zur Analyse und Qualitätssicherung von asphärischen Linsenkörpern. Mit diesem neuartigen Verfahren sollen rotationssymmetrische optische Funktionsflächen dreidimensional hinsichtlich ihrer Kontur und Oberflächendefekte geprüft werden.
