Die Eleva Gmbh nutzt Systec Laborautoklaven

Das Freiburger Unternehmen eleva GmbH setzt bei der Sterilisierung und Inaktivierung von Single-Use-Bioreaktorbeuteln sowie wiederverwendbaren Glas-Bioreaktoren auf Laborautoklaven von Systec. Zurzeit betreibt das hauseigene Labor vor allem die Herstellung eines Wirkstoffkandidaten zur Therapie greenovation systecvon Komplementerkrankungen auf Basis von Moos-Zellen. Aufgrund der großen Mengen zu inaktivierender Bioreaktorkultur setzen sie dabei auf den Durchreiche-Autoklav Systec HX-980 2D.
