Tine 2.0 ist eine webbasierte Open Source Groupware Lösung, die klassische E-Mail- und Kalenderfunktionen mit weiteren bereichsspezifischen Anwendungen (CRM, Zeiterfassung, Dateimanager, u.a.) verbindet. Die Groupware bietet eine hohe Anwenderfreundlichkeit, sodass komplexe Arbeitsabläufe gezielt vereinfacht werden. Termine und Aufgaben abstimmen, Adressen, Kontakte oder Dateien mit Kollegen teilen oder einfach Mitarbeiter und Lieferanten koordinieren – Tine 2.0 bietet eine Vielzahl individueller Möglichkeiten. Ein Web-Browser sowie offene Schnittstellen wie WebDAV, CalDAV oder CardDAV genügen, um auf Tine 2.0 zuzugreifen. Die Synchronisation mit Smartphones ist ebenfalls im Funktionsumfang enthalten.
Häufig verfügen kleine und mittelständische Unternehmen nicht über das nötige Know-how, um Tine 2.0 selbst einzurichten. Für diese Zielgruppe, wurde die vorkonfigurierte Tine-2.0-Box konzipiert, die sofort startklar ist und sich einfach betreiben lässt.
Die Komplettlösung kombiniert die Tine 2.0 Business Edition mit einem geräuschlosen Desktop-Kompaktserver. Die neue Box wird in einem attraktiven Preismodell angeboten und ist für Systemhäuser beim Distributor Landitec erhältlich. In ihrer ersten Ausbaustufe ist sie für 25 User optimiert. Weitere Varianten der Lösung für 50, 75 und 100 User werden in Kürze folgen.
