Palletizing specialist SEGBERT from Ahaus in Northrhine-Westphalia will be represented at LogiMAT for the first time in 2025!
The family business with over 50 years of tradition takes care of the end-of-line area and designs, builds and installs automated palletizing solutions that pack pallets for transport faster, more stably and more safely and counteract critical labor shortage.
In addition to layer palletizers and large robot applications, SEGBERT also has compact, mobile palletizing solutions in its portfolio, because automation has long since ceased to be an issue only in large companies.
With the GPA-25 and CPA-20 palletizers, SEGBERT offers modern palletizers that fulfill what many customers often look for without avail: their locations often offer little space for large palletizers, products should be processed gently and in different formats, it should be flexible and cost-effective. The GPA-25, a palletizing robot with a safety fence, offers customers with limited space the benefits of automation: in addition to increased efficiency, higher safety standards, more flexibility and cost savings, the lack of labor is a reason for many companies to automate processes. The GPA-25 pays for itself quickly, especially in companies with a multi-shift system.
Thanks to its variable design, the GPA-25 can be pushed together in just a few minutes and easily transported with a pallet truck. The GPA-25 has a load capacity of 25kg (minus the gripper weight). The gripping tools designed by SEGBERT process both packaged products and open trays, boxes, loose and strapped stacks and other products, that can’t be gripped with suction, gently and safely. The integration of a slip sheet magazine is also possible.
SEGBERT's cobot CPA-20, which can be installed without a fence, can also be used in many locations thanks to its slim design.
SEGBERT's own palletizing software RobAdmin guides the user through the menu in a user-friendly manner, enables unlimited creation and saving of layer images and can always be adapted to new products and product dimensions.
GPA-25 and CPA-20 are modern and space-saving alternatives to large palletizers and open automation potential even where there was simply not enough space before.
