Bis zu 180 kW für String-Wechselrichter in Solaranwendungen - MiniSKiiP Dual Split MLI

Das Portfolio von SEMIKRON umfasst eine breite Palette an 3-Level-Modulen, einschließlich des neuen MiniSKiiP Dual Split MLI. Dieses neue Modul bietet mit 1200 V- und 950 V-Chips einen erhöhten Nennstrom von 400 A. Die optionalen SiC-Schottkydioden im Neutralpfad maximieren den Wirkungsgrad. Dadurch ermöglicht das MiniSKiiP Dual MLI Modul Wechselrichter-Designs mit direkter Leiterplattenmontage und ohne Bodenplatte für Solarwechselrichter bis 180 kW bei 1500 V Stringspannung. Die Vorteile der SPRiNG-Federkontakte des MiniSKiiP Dual sind niederinduktive Zwischenkreisdesigns, einfache Treiberintegration und parallele AC-Leistungsanschlüsse.
