Im Rahmen von Vorträgen und praktisch orientierten Workshops werden Grundlagen und anwendungsorientierte Lösungsansätze zur Hydrophilen Interaktionschromatographie (HILIC) vorgestellt und näher gebracht.
Nach dem großen Erfolg der ersten zwei Veranstaltungen sollen in diesem Jahr neben Grundlagen zur Trennung polarer Analyten weiterführende Tipps zur Methodenentwicklung sowie aktuelle Anwendungsbeispiele mit Kundenvorträgen zu den Themen präparative LC „Upscaling HILIC“, Lebensmittelanalytik „PSP-Toxine aus Seafood“, Pharmawirkstoffe „HILIC-MS/MS zur Bestimmung von z.B. Tamiflu® - Vogelgrippe“ vorgestellt und in Workshops behandelt werden.
Diese chromatographische Technik eröffnet dem Anwender eine einzigartige Möglichkeit zur Trennung von polaren oder hydrophilen Substanzen (z.B. Nucleotide, Aminosäuren, Amine, Phenole, Säuren, Peptide, Kohlenhydrate, glukoronierte und glykosilierte Verbindungen, phosphorylierte Analyte, Flavonoide,…) unter Verwendung einfachster, meist LC/MS kompatibler Puffersysteme.
