Technische Highlights
Der AOZ1905 ist ein leistungsfähiger Current-Mode Aufwärtsregler mit Festfrequenz der eine Schaltstrombegrenzung von 2A aufweist. Er besitzt eine per Pin selektierbare Schaltfrequenz von 600kHz oder 1,2Mhz um Effizienz und Größe der externen Komponenten optimal an den Anwendungsbedarf anzupassen.
Die Current-Mode Regelung sichert einfache Kompensation der Regelschleife und schnelle Ausregelung von Transienten.
Der AOZ1905 arbeitet über einen Eingangsspannungsbereich von 2,7V bis 5,5V und generiert eine Ausgangsspannung bis 24V. Durch den integrierten 0,15Ohm/2,4A MOSFET ist ein Wirkungsgrad von über 90% erreichbar.
Weitere Features sind Eingangs-Unterspannungs-Abschaltung, Cycle-by-Cycle Strombegrenzung, thermischer Überlastschutz und Soft-Start.
Der AOZ1905 ist in einem 8-Pin MSOP- oder einem 3mm x 3mm kleinen 10-Pin DFN-Gehäuse verfügbar.
